Customised items and underwear are not eligible for returns except in the case of product faults. If you find a fault within 30 days then you will be entitled to a refund. After 30 days we can only repair or replace the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
