We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition with all tags attached

Returned in original packaging and folded neatly

Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
We are unable to accept garments that have been worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or returned in a crushed condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.
Customised items, personalised products, underwear, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a confirmed product fault.
There are no refunds or exchanges on last-chance clearance items.
Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If a manufacturing fault is identified within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a refund. After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement in accordance with consumer law.

Dibo Bodi does not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend checking postage costs with your local postal service before sending your return.
If you are returning an item from outside Australia, shipping times may vary and delays may occur.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union — Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original shipping costs. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
